Angola Plans to Open Next Oil-Licensing Round By Fourth Quarter

Angola plans to open its next oil-licensing round by the fourth quarter, as part of an effort keep crude production above 1 million barrels per day.

The licensing round will be the final one under a multiyear strategy initiated in 2019 that aimed to award 50 concessions in Africa’s third-largest crude producer.
