Blackstone Inc. is set to take over Warehouse REIT Plc, ending its monthslong battle for the UK landlord, after a rival bidder failed to increase its offer.

Tritax BigBox REIT Plc said in a filing Friday that its cash and share offer is now best and final, effectively conceding defeat to the US alternative investment giant.
