Paris wheat futures fell on the outlook for robust global supplies, and as European exporters face intense price competition.

As the northern hemisphere harvest continues, growing stocks of wheat have added pressure to the market. European prices “took a hit due to ongoing heavy global supply expectations,” Argus Media analysts wrote in a note.
