Hedge Funds Hunt for Record Amount of London Office Space

Hedge funds are looking for a record amount of office space in London to accommodate their expansion after a period of bumper returns.

Money managers are currently searching for 474,000 square feet (44,036 square meters) of space in the UK capital, according to data compiled by real estate adviser Knight Frank. That’s the highest total since the firm began tracking the data in 2019, before the pandemic raised new questions about future demand for workspace.
