Seven major UK homebuilders including Barratt Redrow Plc, and Berkeley Group Holdings Plc agreed to pay £100 million ($136 million) toward affordable housing programs to settle an antitrust spat with the country’s regulator.

The agreement — the largest ever payment committment with the Competition and Markets Authority — will bankroll hundreds of new homes across Britain, the regulator said in a statement on Wednesday. The agreement — which also includes Bloor Homes Limited, Persimmon Plc, Bellway Plc, Taylor Wimpey Plc, Vistry Group plc — is not an admission of guilt.
