Former Top Monaco Judge Charged for Corruption Over €137 Million Developer Award

Didier Linotte, who headed Monaco’s Tribunal Suprême for a decade until 2023, was charged late on Wednesday over accusations that include money laundering and passive corruption by a public official, according to a statement by prosecutors. He was ordered to remain in Monaco as the investigation continues.
