EU Has Begun Lifting Measures Imposed on Kosovo, Kallas Says

The European Union has started to “gradually lift” punitive measures imposed on Kosovo, the bloc’s foreign-affairs chief Kaja Kallas said.

The measures were imposed in response to government actions in Kosovo’s Serb-majority north — including shutting down several postal centers and banning the use of the Serbian currency.
