Rheinmetall in Talks With Latvia on Manufacturing Arms Locally

Talks with senior officials in Riga are in a preliminary stage, with no guarantee of success, people familiar with the discussions said on condition of anonymity as negotiations take place behind closed doors. A Rheinmetall spokesperson confirmed the discussions, but declined to comment further, saying they were at an early stage.
