Eleven people were killed in Vancouver and dozens were injured after a driver plowed into a large crowd at a street festival on Saturday evening, according to police.

The suspect, a lone 30-year-old Vancouver man, was arrested at the scene, according to the Vancouver Police Department. The investigation was ongoing but police said they are confident the incident wasn’t an act of terrorism and there’s no ongoing danger to the public.
