Syria has responded to a list of conditions laid out by the US for possible partial sanctions relief, Reuters reported, citing a copy of a letter sent by Damascus to American officials.

Syria has taken action on most of the issues raised but others required “mutual understandings,” the news agency reported the letter as saying.
