Three Pentagon Officials Fired Amid Leak Investigation: Politico

Three Pentagon officials were fired on Friday amid a probe into leaks while Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s chief of staff will leave his position for a new role at the department, Politico reportedBloomberg Terminal.

Senior advisor Dan Caldwell and Hegseth’s deputy chief of staff, Darin Selnick, have been terminated, the report said, citing people familiar with the matter. The third is Colin Carroll, who is the chief of staff to Deputy Defense Secretary Stephen Feinberg, it said.
