Latvia Reaches Out to Neighbors on Air Baltic Investment

The airline said in September that a share sale long in the works could raise as much as €300 million ($332 million). It’s a project that CEO Martin Gauss had been working on, but the company said this week he was leaving following a vote of no confidence from the Latvian state.
