WiseTech Finds Founder White Misled Board, Takes No Action

WiseTech Global Ltd. won’t take any action against founder Richard White even though an investigation found he failed to fully disclose personal relationships with an employee and a supplier.

The Australian freight software company has been roiled by months of damaging allegations about White’s behavior that saw him step down as chief executive officer in October before returning to retake control in a boardroom coup last month.
