Manchester Airport Lines Up Debut Euro Bond Offering

Manchester Airport is lining up a debut sale of euro bonds in what will be its first debt deal away from its domestic currency.

The borrower is holding investor calls from today for the sale of euro 10-year, senior secured notes with an expected €500 million size, according to a person with knowledge of the sale, who asked not to be identified as the information is private. Barclays Plc, BNP Paribas SA, NatWest Group Plc and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp are arranging the offering, which will be issued by Manchester Airport Group Funding Plc.
