JPMorgan Chase & Co., the biggest bank in the US, made more annual profit than any lender in the history of American banking. And then it did it again.

The lender announced Wednesday that it scored $58.5 billion of net income last year, up 18% from 2023’s $49.6 billion — which set a record, too.
