The thrills of the credit card points world are real and relatable: getting the best deals, strategizing over multipliers, cashing in on free stuff. It’s practically a universal language.
But for all the effort that consumers put into collecting and maximizing these rewards, a whole lot of perks might be left on the table. According to a March study conducted by YouGov, 23% of cardholders didn’t redeem any rewards in the previous 12 months. And of the remaining 77%, almost all of them, we are willing to bet, let some valuable perks go to waste.
